Organic Mallika Mango

Mallika mangoes are a hybrid of the Indian mango varieties Neelum and Dasheri. They are typically grown in tropical to subtropical climates, but may show signs of disease if grown in colder temperatures. The fruit is usually ready to harvest from June to July. 

• Color: Green when unripe, turns bright yellow with pink undertones, and then deep burnt orange when ripe
• Flesh: Firm, juicy, and sweet with a hint of sourness
• Texture: Silky, creamy, and fiberless
• Taste: Sweet with notes of melon, citrus, and honey
• Aroma: Super aromatic
• Season: June to July
